Every time you ask the AI for something you re-explain how you work, which tools you use and what format you expect, and every answer still comes out different. These are 11 Anthropic bundles, one per function (sales, support, finance, marketing, legal, data and more), that give Claude job know-how, commands like `/sales:call-prep` and connections to your tools.
Who this is NOT for
If your everyday AI is ChatGPT or Gemini, this is not for you: it only works inside Claude Cowork or Claude Code. It is also a poor fit if your business runs on WhatsApp and Excel. Its connectors are HubSpot, Jira, Snowflake, Intercom and similar, and the finance plugin assumes your numbers live in Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery. Without those tools you get good instructions and nothing connected. Also, the README is in English and does not say the plugins come in Spanish.
The README says it outright: these are "generic starting points." The mistake almost everyone makes is installing all 11 and expecting Claude to already know their business. The value shows up when you open the skill files and write in your terms, your prices and the way you serve customers. Everything is Markdown and JSON, no code, and you edit it like a document. Even if you never install it, reading how Anthropic writes instructions for Claude in a specific role is worth it, much like Fabric's patterns. It comes from Anthropic, it is Apache 2.0, the last change landed on September 26, 2026 and there are 107 open issues and PRs: it is alive and moving fast.
Your first step
If you already use Claude Cowork, go to claude.com/plugins and install only the plugin for your busiest area (sales, support or finance), not all 11.
